Conferences, conventions and private events can be held within the Monumental Complex of St. Clare.
You have a choice of several locations, and decide on the one that best suits your needs.
The convent areas made available to organize a unique and unforgettable event are:
the Chiostrino di S.Francesco, for outdoor events; the Sala delle Cappe, with its ancient medieval charm; and the striking 18th-century Antico Refettorio.
In addition, Maria Cristina Hall, Crucifix Hall and Exhibition Hall are also made available for events and conferences.
Mary Christine Hall
Spacious 326-seat hall enhanced by two 14th-century frescoes depicting the crucifixion of Christ
Ancient Refectory
Fully frescoed 18th-century Old Refectory, formerly used by the Poor Clares, and now an exclusive venue for private events.
Exhibition Hall
33-seat room usually used for screenings, but can be used for presentations of all kinds.
Crucifix Hall
Room adjoining Maria Cristina Hall, enhanced by a 14th-century fresco depicting the crucifixion of Christ.
Ancient Chapel Hall
Also Hall of Ancient Kitchens, for the presence of large embers serving the kitchen and the stoves for heating the nuns' rooms
Cloister of St. Francis
Fourteenth-century Chiostrino di San Francesco, a fascinating setting for outdoor, authentically medieval events.
